For all families, it’s time to create your family account for inclusion in the 2024-2025 Tokeneke School Directory. The system is secure and very easy to use! Please update your information and make your purchase by 9/18.

Tokeneke Directory
All families- new and returning, should follow these simple instructions to create/edit your family account and purchase your directory. Note: if you gave permission in Aspen for your information to be included you do NOT need to update permissions in Membership toolkit.
1) Go to https://tokenekepto.membershiptoolkit.com
2) Click “Register/Login” and click Create Account
- If you’re new, Create your family’s account and click “verify my email”. You should use the same email provided when registering your child.
- NOTE: Every new family must create an account on this site.
- If you had a login from last year, you may login with those details again.
3) Complete your registration
- RETURNING FAMILIES: Your information should automatically populate, please review and make any updates as needed.
- NEW FAMILIES: If you are a new family, you will need to provide all of your information.
- Under Directory Publish Preferences- choose “YES” or “No” for online and print directory inclusion
4) Purchase your directory
- Order your online and/or print directory through https://tokenekepto.membershiptoolkit.com
Click on “Purchase Your Directory Here” located in the left hand navigation - Prices are Online ONLY $15, Print ONLY $20, Print AND Online $30 (Orders due by Wednesday, Sept 18th)
- Online directory is available immediately.
- Print directory will be sent home in backpacks beginning of October
5) Download the Mobile App
- Once you have created and verified your family’s account download the free Membership Toolkit mobile app. There, you will be able to access all the features from the website.
- Move between schools within the app by tapping on the menu icon in the upper left hand corner of the landing page. Tap the “switch” icon at the top to see your list of options. (You need an AtoZ Connect account created and verified at each school for them to appear in this list.)
