As families arrive, you will be asked to support the photographer and any staff by performing the following duties:
- greet families as they arrive
- ensure that families sign-in on the provided sheet
- ensure that families provide complete contact information
- make sure that families shoot in order of appointment
- assist the photographer, Erin, in other areas as needed
